Mô tả công việc
As the Communication Specialist, you will be responsible for the internal communication, the employee engagement, company event organization, training execution logistics .... and other activities as assigned by Talent and L&D Manager.
- Improve the employee engagement.
+ Implement the Yearly Event Plan within the allocated budgets.
+ Organize Employee Briefing every quarter with 80% participant rate.
+ Launch Engagement Survey with high participant rate.
- Internal Communication.
+ Coordinate with T.U in organizing company events.
+ Internal employee announcement, campaign.
- Training execution logistics
+ Follow up, prepare training documents, logistics for training activities .... to make sure all training activities run smoothly and effectively.
- Other activities as assigned by Talent and L&D Manager.
- Ensure 100% business compliance with all EHS requirements & implement key EHS plans.

Yêu cầu công việc
• Business/ Economic General Administration is required
• Minimum 3 years' experience in General HR
• Excellent writing skill (in both English and Vietnamese)
• Competent in copywriting and social media management
• Highly competent in PowerPoint
• Good in organization and project management skills
• Proactive, independent, and resilient
• Creative, willing to challenge the status quote
• Good organizational skill and planning skill
• Competence in any design/video-making software such as InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Pro show, ... is an advantage
• Competence in photography is a plus
• Minimum 3 years' experience in General HR
