Structure content and design material for for internal announcements and events.
Manage and optimize internal communication channels (email, newsletters, poster, video, workplace platforms).
Create engaging content to drive employee awareness, promote company culture, events, and company initiatives.
Participate in brainstorming and implementing creative internal communication campaigns to enhance employee engagement and experience (culture, engagement, company initiatives).
Assist in building and maintaining the company's brand image.
Ensure consistency in messaging and tone across all internal communications.
Event Management
Lead the planning, organization, and execution of all company events.
Develop event concepts andn themes aligned with company culture and objectives.
Edit and produce videos for internal content: company events, internal activities, ... .
Manage budgets, vendors, contracts, timelines, and logistics.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth and high-quality execution.
Evaluate event effectiveness (participation rate, feedback, engagement level).
General Human Resources
Support employee timekeeping and attendance tracking.
Support HR data management.
Organize employee engagement activities for factory workers.
Develop and manage event budgets.
