You will support, consult, plan, manage and execute both internal and external communications activities in order to help MD in her daily business routine. We seek a senior communicator, social content & community professional with a diverse passion for health & life, copywriting, public engagement, and stakeholders management.
Responsibilities:
Consult, plan and implement business and communications activities as Managing Director's requests, as daily routine.
Umbrella Strategy Planning for internal and external communications, as well as partnership and community engagement.
Develop and execute a strategic communications content calendar for Red Comms and sub-brands that resonates with our community members, and supports our business goals.
Recognize ' business and corporate communities, collaborators, influencers and propose new marketing opportunities.
Foster a positive and inclusive internal and external community environment by encouraging learnings, discussions, facilitating collaboration, and addressing any issues or conflicts that may arise.
Create engaging on-brand Copy and Story Telling.
Develop and execute an organic social media strategy for our social media platform in multiple channels (Website, Tiktok, Instagram, Facebook and YouTube groups), aligned with our brand and campaign initiatives.
Monitor and respond to media, community members' comments, inquiries, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
Stay updated on trends, content strategies, and industry best practices to enhance business engagement and growth.
Provide periodic reporting, including insights, performance, industry behavior, and competitor analysis.
Requirements:
At least 3 years of experience in communications role and social media management, preferably in the advertising, healthcare/pharma, media industry, or e-commerce sectors.
Proficient in existing and emerging social media applications, tools, best practices and trending tools and approaches.
Experience coordinating and conducting communications activities, copywriting skills.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to deliver high-quality work, meet deadlines, and learn quickly.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to measure the success of business and community engagement initiatives.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to changing priorities.
Fluent communication in Vietnamese and English (Speaking, Writing, Presenting, Listening).
