Community Building and Engagement
Develop and execute strategies to grow and nurture our community on platforms such as Discord, Telegram, X, and more.
Act as the primary liaison between the community and the project team, ensuring prompt responses to inquiries, feedback, and concerns.
Create and manage engagement campaigns, such as AMAs, polls, contests, and other interactive events, to maintain an active and vibrant community.
Content and Communication
Share regular updates, announcements, and educational content about the project's developments, features, and milestones.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align messaging and ensure consistency across all communication channels.
Monitor discussions to ensure a positive and professional atmosphere, intervening to resolve conflicts when necessary.
Data and Feedback Management
Analyze community feedback and provide actionable insights to the product and development teams.
Track engagement metrics, such as user growth, sentiment analysis, and interaction rates, to assess the health and impact of the community.
Collaboration and Representation
Partner with influencers, travel bloggers, and blockchain experts to expand community reach.
Represent the project at online and offline events, including conferences and meetups, to promote community involvement.
Yêu cầu
2+ years of experience as a Community Manager or in a related role, preferably in the blockchain or tech industries.
Strong knowledge of blockchain technology, cryptocurrency, and the travel industry.
Experience managing online communities on platforms like Discord, Telegram, and X.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English (additional languages are a plus).
Creative and innovative mindset for driving community engagement.
Ability to analyze data and metrics to improve strategies.
Passion for building and fostering meaningful connections within a community.

1. Compensation and Benefits:
(Base salary + Performance) 8 - 15 million VND/month + Incentive
Total income of 10 - 18 million VND/month
Regular performance reviews and annual income assessments.
