Plant HCM Targets: contribute to the Plant's annual Staff HCM plan, KPIs, targets and budget.
HCM Services Targets: within the context of the Staff HCM plan, develop and get approval for the annual HCM Services plan and budget.
Headcount Reports: maintain database of staff headcount against Plant manpower forecast and budget and prepare reports for the HCM Staff Director and other managers as required, Reporting system, Projects, HRIS, Business objectives (OBT, score board).
HCM-related Regulations: lead in keeping up to date on country employment law, relevant Group guidelines and relevant sections of customers' codes of conduct and recommending to the HCM Staff Director the need for review and update of Plant policies where necessary.
HCM Information Data Base: maintain a data base of HCM policies, systems and SOPs for easy reference by managers and employees. Assist the HCM Staff Director in communicating policies and updates to managers and employees as needed.
Yêu cầu
Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role within large-scale manufacturing companies
Experienced in the garment/apparel industry is highly preferred
Strong English communication skills
In-depth understanding of labor laws, employee benefits, and compensation policies
Demonstrated leadership, people management, and team collaboration abilities
Excellent data analysis, reporting, and budget management capabilities
Prior experience working with expatriates or partnering with international employees is an advantage
