Ensure that payroll and benefits operations across the entire organization (including Techcombank and its subsidiary companies) are carried out accurately, comprehensively, and in compliance with applicable laws and the Bank's internal regulations
Key Accountabilities (1)
1. Payroll and Compensation
Calculate and process monthly payroll-related payments, including salaries, bonuses, allowances, subsidies, and service fees, within the assigned scope of responsibility.
Calculate and process final payments and benefits for employees upon termination of employment.
Prepare payroll-related reports and other periodic or ad hoc reports as required by the direct manager.
2. Personal Income Tax (PIT)
Provide guidance on documentation and procedures related to tax registration and dependent registration for tax deductions.
Consolidate, manage, and prepare quarterly PIT reports and annual tax finalization.
3. Mandatory Insurance and Employee Benefits
Reconcile insurance obligations with the Social Insurance Authority.
Process social insurance benefit payments for employees.
Handle procedures related to Social Insurance Books and Health Insurance Cards.
Administer welfare and trade union benefit payments.
Organize annual health check-ups for employees.
Manage employees' leave balances and records.
4. Other Responsibilities
Perform other duties related to payroll, benefits, and employee services as assigned by the direct manager.
Success Profile - Qualification and Experiences
Professional Experience
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits (C&B).
Strong understanding of HR systems, policies, and relevant legislation, including the Labor Code, Personal Income Tax regulations, and mandatory social insurance requirements.
Educational Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Economics, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or other related fields.
English proficiency: Ability to effectively use English in all four skills (listening, speaking, reading, and writing) to support daily work requirements.
