1. Compliance
- Develop and effectively manage compliance requirements, guidance, standards, policies; conduct Compliance training to staff.
- Set up, review & advise on internal regulations to ensure the operation follows legal requirements.
- Implement and manage compliance activities in the Company in accordance with shareholders' requirements (Group standards, frameworks and policies).
- Ensure compliance in Company operation: monitor, review, assess, and analyze the compliance in the Company.
- Manage compliance violations, collaborate with other departments to investigate compliance issues, propose solutions, and ensure that appropriate action(s) have been taken to resolve the issues and conduct necessary reporting.
- Identify potential areas of compliance vulnerability and risk, monitor the implementation of corrective actions for existing problems and provide guidance on preventive actions.
- Coordinate with other departments in dealing with and responding to competent authorities on investigations or matters raised by competent authorities.
2. Provide consulting and support to departments and Company regarding internal regulations and laws.
- Develop, monitor, and manage effectively Legal policies, regulations, procedures, standards, programs, etc.
- Update, analyze and assess the impacts of local laws & regulations (including the drafts) on company's operation and advise related parties for appropriate actions.
- Organize effective training & communication program to improve staff's awareness of Legal requirements.
- Review and provide legal advice on Company business documents and plans.
- Draft, review contract and support negotiating contracts and agreements with vendors, business partners; advise on pre-contract and post-contract issues to ensure the Company's best interests.
- Liaise with external law firms and legal teams of shareholders to deal with legal request (if any);
- Implement and manage Company litigation-related matters & activities.
- Implement and manage Company intellectual property protection related matters.
- Participate in setting up and reviewing internal policies and procedures to ensure legal requirements and internal regulations.
- Prepare agents' contracts and agreements, monitor compliance of the distribution channel, and conduct training on insurance regulations for insurance agents.
3. Overall management:
- Manage and be responsible for the operation of Legal & Compliance function.
- Regular report and update BoD and shareholders on the activities of Legal and Compliance.
- Manage department personnel including but not limited to recruitment, training/ coaching, personnel management, performance management, etc.
- Cooperate with other departments & report cross-functional issues to have effective solutions for the Company.
Yêu cầu
QUALIFICATIONS
- Obtain Bachelor of Laws degree or higher;
- A minimum of 7 years of work experience is required, with at least 2 years of experience in a management role. Preferable experience in Insurance or Finance industry;
- Excellent knowledge of Compliance and Legal regulations. Knowledge of and experience in Compliance and Legal in the insurance industry is a plus.
- Effective Interpersonal, Presentation, and Negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated Ability to Work Independently, manage multiple priorities, and perform under pressure.
- Fluent in English.

WORKING CONDITIONS
- Working location: Head Office, No. 23 Phan Chu Trinh, Cua Nam Ward, Hanoi city.
- Working time:
+ Monday - Friday, 8:00 - 17:00 or 8:30 - 17:30
+ Work from home: 1 day/ week
- Transportation by company car & taxi for outside assignments.
