Responsibility 1: Review Internal Processes and Policies
Review and provide advice on procedures, regulations, and guidelines for issuance or updates.
Advise and ensure that procedures and company rules comply with local laws, the Code of Conduct (COC), and relevant standards.
Raise awareness of compliance or non-compliance issues among employees, departments, or divisions.
Responsibility 2: Update New Legal Regulations to the Compliance Team
Monitor and collect new legal regulations related to the retail industry, labor law, commerce, accounting, and auditing, and update the key content to the Compliance team.
Analyze the impact of new government regulations on the company's existing policies and propose adjustments, if any.
Responsibility 3: Conduct Compliance Communication for All Employees
Collect information, prepare, and issue quarterly newsletters or newsletters on specific themes.
Manage the Compliance Corner at the Head Office and monitor Compliance Corners at stores.
Coordinate with Ethics Ambassadors to deploy compliance communications.
Communicate approved compliance programs or campaigns to stores.
Responsibility 4: Implement Compliance Monitoring Processes
Conduct compliance monitoring processes across all departments.
Report identified risk management issues and internal control deficiencies to management and provide recommendations to improve the organization's operations.
Provide support for the company's anti-fraud programs.
Responsibility 5: Other Assigned Tasks
Maintain and store hard copies and soft copies of documents and materials of the Compliance Department.
Follow up on action plans from reports and remind relevant departments to complete required actions.
Perform other tasks as reasonably requested by the line manager.

Education
Bachelor's degree or higher.
Professional Knowledge
Background in Law, Accounting and Auditing, Economics, Business Management, or related fields.
At least 3 years of relevant experience in Compliance, Risk Management, Internal/External Audit, Legal, or related functions.
Required Skills
Strong analytical and problem-identification skills.
Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
Critical thinking ability.
Negotiation skills.
Proficiency in office tools and systems, including Canva, Microsoft Word, Excel (Pivot Tables), PowerPoint, GMD, and SAP.

Ability to manage ambiguity and multitask effectively.
