Mô tả công việc
Greet guests upon arrival and assist with their inquiries and requests in a friendly and professional manner.
Provide information on resort services, amenities, activities, and local attractions.
Handle guest requests for restaurant reservations, excursions, transportation, and other services.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest needs are met efficiently and promptly.
Maintain a thorough knowledge of the resort's facilities, as well as nearby attractions and events.
Assist in handling guest complaints or issues, ensuring a timely and satisfactory resolution.
Ensure that the concierge desk is always stocked with necessary information, brochures, and promotional materials.
Provide recommendations for dining, shopping, sightseeing, and entertainment based on guest preferences.
Assist with special requests, such as celebrations, surprise packages, or VIP services.
Maintain guest confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Yêu cầu
At least 1 year experience in hospitality, preferably in a 5 stars resorts.
Exceptional communication skills in English (Mandarin/Korean is a plus).
Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of local attractions and activities.
Professional demeanor and excellent customer service skills.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
