Create strong hooks, fast cuts, captions, subtitles, zooms, sound cues, motion graphics, and meme-native edits.
Use AI tools to speed up clip generation, ideation, repurposing, captioning, voice, visual variations, and editing workflows.
Track TikTok and Instagram trends, then adapt them into Fliply-native content fast.
Dissect viral clips and identify their core components: hook, setup, tension, payoff, sound, pacing, format, and CTA.
Work with the growth/content team to test multiple versions of clips and improve based on performance.
Keep editing output fast without making the content feel cheap. Speed matters, but taste matters more.
Yêu cầu
Editing tools: Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar professional editing software.
AI tools: Comfortable with, or genuinely excited by, AI video tools, AI clip generation, AI-assisted editing, captioning, and creative automation.
Trend awareness: Frequent TikTok / Instagram user who naturally catches formats, sounds, memes, and editing styles before they feel stale.
Viral thinking: Able to break down why a viral clip works instead of blindly copying it.
Portfolio: Previous works or portfolio required. Show short-form clips, social edits, motion edits, meme edits, or creator/product content.
Work style: Fast learner, good attitude, open to feedback, and able to move quickly without drama.
