POSITION OVERVIEW
Join us as an Associate Consultant based in Ho Chi Minh City and play a crucial role in delivering high-quality consulting services. This position offers a unique opportunity to work on diverse projects, collaborate with industry experts, and develop your consulting skills in a dynamic environment.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Support Consulting Engagements: Support multiple consulting engagements across various sectors, ensuring efficient delivery and innovative solutions.
Conduct Research: Perform in-depth global research on industries and markets, aligning findings with client needs by analyzing trends and opportunities.
Expert interview: Manage end-to-end expert interviews with industry leaders, synthesizing their insights into clear, concise reports
Synthesize Insights: Transcribe and analyze interviews with industry leaders, synthesizing their insights into clear, concise reports.
Data Analysis: Turn complex data into actionable insights by creating detailed reports, presentations, and communications using Word, PowerPoint, and other tools.
Collaborate: Work closely with internal and external teams, handling ad-hoc tasks delegated by project managers and senior consultants.
REQUIREMENTS
Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience: 2-3 years of relevant experience in consulting or a related field.
Proficient in Microsoft Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
Strong research, analytical, and presentation skills.
Detail-oriented with a good sense of numbers and an analytical mindset.
Analytical Thinking: A problem-solver with an analytical mind and a knack for creative and innovative thinking.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages ​​​​​​​​​​​​are a bonus!).

The job requires strong analytical and communication skills and the ability to use different tools to find experts. The main goal is to provide valuable insights to clients through expert interviews and research.

Desk researching - Perform desk research to understand clients' requests on a project and identify potential experts' profiles.
Sourcing experts - Leverage Arches' vast network and diverse platforms (LinkedIn, recruitment platforms, etc.) to identify the most relevant experts for each project.
Engaging experts - Contacting experts using different methods (phone, email, LinkedIn) to assess their relevant experience and knowledge before connecting them with our clients.
Delivering experts - Facilitate interviews between clients and experts, ensuring a smooth and productive experience.
REQUIREMENTS

Full Professional Proficiency in English with the ability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of experts from APAC.
1-3 years of professional experience in Recruitment, Business Development, Research, or any other related field.

Strategic prioritization skills, allowing you to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
