MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Workforce Planning & Organizational Development
- Execute workforce planning activities and support manpower strategy development under manager guidance
- Support organization development initiatives, including restructuring, role optimization, and workforce efficiency improvement
- Participate in job evaluation and job grading framework development
- Support workforce cost analysis and productivity optimization
2. HR Systems, Policies & Performance Management
- Assist in developing, reviewing, and implementing HR policies and frameworks aligned with company direction
- Participate in designing and improving Performance Management systems (e.g., KPI, OKR, appraisal frameworks)
- Support the implementation and continuous improvement of talent management and performance evaluation processes
3. HR Projects & Change Management
- Support organization transformation and HR projects across functions
- Support change management initiatives and facilitate alignment during organizational changes
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective implementation of HR initiatives
4. Data Analysis, Research & Continuous Improvement
- Conduct research, benchmarking, and analysis to propose actionable improvements in HR practices and organizational effectiveness
- Analyze HR data, develop reports/dashboards, and provide insights to support decision-making
- Translate data insights into practical recommendations for continuous improvement
YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC:
REQUIREMENT
Experience
- 3-5+ years of experience in HR, with strong exposure to HR Planning, Organization Development, or HR Strategy
- Experience in MNC or FMCG companies with 500+ employees is preferred
- Hands-on involvement in projects related to organization restructuring, HR transformation, or policy development is an advantage
Skills & Competencies
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., Pivot Tables, data analysis, reporting)
- Familiarity with HR systems and tools (e.g., HRIS, LMS, or workforce management systems)
- Ability to research, synthesize information, and translate into practical solutions
- Consulting mindset with good stakeholder management skills
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and execution-focused
- Good command of English
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields
