Manage and coordinate all Construction, EPCI, Offshore Transportation & Installation (T&I) activities throughout the project lifecycle.
Lead and supervise multidisciplinary Construction, QA/QC, HSE and Engineering Support teams at fabrication yards and offshore locations.
Monitor and manage EPCI/T&I contractors to ensure compliance with project requirements, safety standards, quality, schedule and budget.
Manage fabrication activities from project execution through loadout, seafastening, sailaway and project close-out.
Manage and oversee offshore transportation and installation activities, including preparation, mobilization, transportation and installation execution.
Review and approve marine operations, logistics plans, T&I method statements and procedures submitted by contractors and subcontractors.
Coordinate with relevant teams for Hook-up & Commissioning activities and ensure timely availability of vessels and logistical resources.
Participate in technical and commercial evaluations of T&I contractor/subcontractor proposals and attend clarification meetings as required.
Participate in inspections of vessels, barges and installation/support spreads used for offshore transportation and installation activities.
Monitor contractor performance, identify execution issues and implement appropriate mitigation and corrective actions.
Lead or participate in coordination meetings, audits and technical reviews covering Construction, QA/QC, HSE, Mechanical Completion, Loadout, Sailaway and Commissioning.
Ensure all transportation and installation activities comply with applicable Vietnamese regulations, project requirements and HSE standards.
Act as the Company Authorized Representative at offshore locations during installation campaigns.
Manage interfaces between the Company, contractors, subcontractors and relevant project disciplines.
Prepare and submit regular progress reports and communicate project status, key issues and risks to management.
Yêu cầu
Minimum 20 years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry, preferably in the offshore sector.
Strong experience in yard fabrication and offshore transportation & installation (T&I) activities.
Proven experience throughout the project lifecycle, from concept/preliminary engineering and detailed engineering through fabrication, installation and final project close-out.
Extensive experience managing multidisciplinary site teams and contractors involved in the fabrication of topsides, jackets, subsea structures or similar offshore facilities.
Proven experience acting as a Company/Site Representative during offshore transportation and installation campaigns.
Experience in offshore pipeline transportation and installation activities.
Good understanding of the Vietnam offshore fabrication and construction environment, with proven ability to manage contractors and deliver project scopes effectively.
Strong knowledge of Construction, QA/QC, HSE, Engineering and Contractor Management.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
