Be responsible for supervising construction sites:
- Supervise construction sites (safety supervision, quality management, progress management, cost management) and report to superiors.
Oversee daily construction site operations.
Coordinate workers, subcontractors, and on-site activities.
Ensure work follows drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
Monitor project schedule and report progress.
Enforce safety rules and conduct site safety checks.
Resolve on-site issues and prevent delays.
Manage materials, tools, and equipment on site.
Maintain site records and documentation.
Communicate with
project managers, engineers, and clients.
- Other tasks as assigned by superiors.
- May travel to other project sites as required
* Working time: 8:00 - 17:20 Mon - Fri and Sat morning every other week
- Education: College/University majoring in Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical.
- At least 5 years of experience on the site
- Good English communication (Upper Intermediate level)
- Able to design, use AutoCAD 2D/3D; read and understand drawings.
- Age : 31-45
- Provided with professional, technical, and management training.
