The project:
This is a complex, large scale cultural theater project that includes a themed, cultural and arts park working with an amazing client and talented Mace team. This project will be of incredibly high-quality standards in a heavily regulated environment, suiting people with similar project experience that operate with the highest integrity and professionalism.
You'll be responsible for:
• Build strong relationships with clients, consultants and trade contractors to drive coordinated project outcomes.
• Shape tendering and procurement strategies, supporting commercial teams across the project lifecycle.
• Direct design, programme and commissioning reviews to ensure compliance, performance and carbon aware solutions.
• Manage risk, monitor progress and drive continuous improvement through effective leadership and digital insights.
