Love writing, exploring social media, and turning ideas into content people want to engage with? EMA is looking for a curious and proactive Content Creator Intern to join our team.
You'll help create content for major clients while contributing to EMA's own media channels and community platforms. Along the way, you'll learn how to use AI tools to support your creative process, from exploring ideas to producing and refining content.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Content Research & Ideation
Get to know each brand's products, audience, tone of voice, and communication goals.
Join brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas, content themes, and recurring formats for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
Explore social trends, cultural conversations, and audience behaviors to identify relevant content opportunities.
Content Creation & Execution
Draft social posts, captions, short-form video scripts, and interactive content with guidance from the team.
Collaborate with
designers and other creative team members to bring ideas to life.
Support basic filming, editing, or content production, depending on your skills and project needs.
Refine content based on feedback and check accuracy, consistency, and quality before publication.
Media & Community Development
Help develop content for EMA's own media channels and community platforms.
Suggest content series, discussion topics, and engagement activities that attract audiences and encourage meaningful participation.
Assist with publishing schedules, monitor audience responses, and compile basic performance results to help the team improve future content.
AI-Assisted Creation
Use-or learn to use-AI tools for brainstorming, research support, outlining, drafting, and experimenting with visual or video content.
Review, fact-check, and edit AI-assisted outputs to ensure they suit the brand and offer value to the audience.
Explore useful tools and share your learnings while following company guidelines on confidentiality and copyright.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
A final-year student or recent graduate in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Languages, or a related field. Applicants from other disciplines with a strong interest in content creation are also welcome.
Strong Vietnamese writing skills, clear expression, and an ability to adapt your tone to different audiences.
An active interest in social media and curiosity about what makes content engaging.
Some familiarity with AI tools or a willingness to learn through training and hands-on practice. Prior AI expertise is not required.
A proactive attitude, attention to deadlines, openness to feedback, and a collaborative approach.
No formal work experience is required. Personal projects, university assignments, student club activities, and self-managed social channels are all welcome.
Basic skills in Canva, CapCut, photography, or video production are a plus.
