Job Overview
We are seeking a creative and skilled
Video Editor to join our marketing team. This role focuses on producing engaging short-form video content tailored for TikTok. The ideal candidate is passionate about digital storytelling, has a strong understanding of TikTok trends, and possesses excellent video shooting and editing skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Video Production:
• Plan, shoot, and edit short videos for LocknLock's TikTok platform.
• Ensure high-quality, creative, and brand-aligned content.
• Trend Research & Ideation:
• Keep up-to-date with TikTok trends, challenges, and viral content.
• Propose and create content ideas that resonate with our audience.
• Content Strategy:
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align video content with campaigns and brand guidelines.
• Use creative storytelling to highlight LocknLock products in innovative ways.
• Editing & Post-production:
• Use professional video editing tools to enhance video quality, add effects, transitions, and captions.
• Optimize videos for TikTok's format and algorithms.
• Performance Monitoring:
• Track video performance and engagement metrics.
• Suggest improvements based on data analysis.
• Proven experience as a video editor/content creator (preferably for TikTok or similar platforms).
• Strong proficiency at least one of video editing software:
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- Final Cut Pro
- CapCut (for mobile editing)
- DaVinci Resolve (for advanced color grading)
- After Effects (for motion graphics and effects)
• Familiarity with design tools such as Adobe Photoshop or Canva for thumbnail creation.
• Basic skills in shooting and lighting setups.
• Creativity and adaptability to rapidly changing trends.
• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of TikTok's algorithms, audience behavior, and platform features.
