We are looking for a creative and versatile Content Creator to join our Marketing team. The primary goal of this role is to tell our school's unique story, engage our community, and attract prospective families through compelling written and visual content across all digital and print platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation: Write, edit, and produce high-quality content for the school's website, blog, social media (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube), and email newsletters.
Storytelling: Capture daily campus life, student achievements, and faculty highlights through interviews, photography, and short-form videos (Reels/TikTok style).
Admissions Support: Develop marketing collateral for recruitment, including brochures, flyers, and landing pages that guide prospective parents through the enrollment funnel.
Brand Management: Ensure all communications adhere to the school's brand voice, tone, and visual identity.
SEO & Analytics: Optimize web content for search engines (SEO) and monitor engagement metrics to improve content performance.
Community Engagement: Manage social media interactions, responding to comments and messages to foster a positive online community.
Events Coverage: Attend and document school events, open houses, and graduation ceremonies.

REQUIREMENTS
Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
Language: Excellent proficiency in English and Vietnamese (both written and verbal).
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in photo/video editing tools (CapCut, Premiere, Lightroom, or similar).
Basic graphic design skills (Canva/Photoshop) are a plus.
Experience: 2 years of experience in content creation, preferably within the education or premium service sectors.
Soft Skills: Creative mindset, strong interpersonal skills to interact with international faculty and students, and the ability to work under tight deadline
