You have:
1-3 years of experience as a Content Creator, serving as a Social Videographer, basic Social
Video Editor, and/or basic Social
Designer. This can be in a creative agency or production environment, or for your own personal brand online or other brands online.
A great understanding of how creating visually appealing content for social media works. The best practices, the right apps to use, the secret tricks, ...
Strong hands-on experience with shooting and mic equipment, whether that's professional equipment or a very professional-looking setup with your phone. 😉 And a solid understanding of equipment care and maintenance is also a must.
A strong visual sense, with sensitivity to composition, framing, rhythm, movement, sound, and color.
Good understanding of copyright and usage rights for music and visual assets.
Ability to communicate smoothly and confidently in English.
An independent and proactive working style.
You're good at:
1. Content Creation & Visual Storytelling
Translating creative ideas into engaging visuals with a clear storytelling approach.
Maintaining consistent visual quality aligned with brand and creative direction.
Adjust content format and messaging to suit the characteristics and user behavior of each platform.
Contributing to monthly content planning and campaign brainstorming, coming up with proactive visual ideas along the way.
Can take a social-first video idea from beginning to end: scripting, shooting, editing, ... almost independently.
2. Videography & Multi-platform Production
Shooting high-quality social video content for digital platforms, including Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and websites.
Handling camera setup, basic lighting, audio, and on-location filming confidently.
Producing social-first videos and social-first stills with basic design.
Ensuring content quality and consistency across digital materials.
3. Basic editing & Post-production
Editing video content with strong storytelling flow, pacing, and visual consistency.
Preparing final outputs optimized for different digital platforms and formats.
Collaborating with creative teams to refine content based on feedback.
Knowing enough basic design to make mockups and to spruce up your video content is a plus!

Keeping up with creative and content trends in the social media atmosphere across platforms and formats.
Researching and applying new shooting, editing, and storytelling approaches to keep content fresh and relevant.
Managing production timelines and deliverables effectively.
