About the Role
Neovate Pte. Ltd. is looking for a hands-on Content Designer who can create high-impact digital creatives for social and performance marketing campaigns.
You will design visually compelling content optimized for mobile-first platforms, especially Meta (Facebook/Instagram), while maintaining strong brand consistency. This role requires both strong design skills and the ability to adapt short-form copy in Vietnamese and English.
This is a 3-month remote contract role (extension possible based on performance).
What You'll Do
• Design social-first creatives (banners, story formats, short videos)
• Create multiple ad variations for A/B testing
• Adapt short hooks, headlines, and CTAs in Vietnamese & English
• Build reusable Figma templates for recurring campaigns
• Maintain visual consistency (typography, layout, color system)
• Collaborate with the Growth team to iterate creatives based on performance insights
Yêu cầu
Requirements
• 2+ years experience in digital content or social media design
• Strong portfolio showcasing performance or social creatives
• Native/professional Vietnamese + working English
• Proficient in:
• Figma (required)
• Photoshop or equivalent
• At least one video editing tool (CapCut / Premiere / AE etc.)
• Strong understanding of mobile-first and social-first design
Nice to Have
- Experience in crypto, fintech, or fast-paced digital industries
- Basic motion graphics
- Familiarity with Meta ad formats and performance creatives
- Experience using AI tools for content production

- 3-5 examples of VN hooks/headlines/CTAs you wrote for performance ads
- (Optional) A short test task may be requested (e.g., 2 banners + 1 short video variation based on a brief)
