Job Summary:
The Content Executive at RedComms will play a key role in crafting compelling narratives, both for traditional PR and creative digital content. The role demands strong writing skills, excellent analytical abilities, and creativity to deliver impactful PR materials and engaging content for social media and campaigns. With PR writing forming 60-70% of the responsibilities, the Content Executive must excel in producing high-quality press releases, media kits, and articles, while also contributing creative ideas and content for digital platforms and branding initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Content Development:
o Write and edit PR materials including press releases, articles, media kits, and corporate communication.
o Develop creative content for digital and social media platforms, including posts, captions, taglines, and short-form content.
o Assist in conceptualizing big ideas, campaigns, and branding initiatives in collaboration with the creative team.
2. Research and Analysis:
o Conduct in-depth research to understand client industries, audience profiles, and media trends.
o Analyze and interpret key information to create insightful, accurate, and impactful content.
3. Collaboration:
o Work closely with
account managers to ensure all content aligns with client briefs and campaign goals.
o Coordinate with
designers and strategists to deliver cohesive and visually impactful campaigns.
4. Quality Assurance:
o Ensure all content meets brand guidelines, tone of voice, and strategic objectives.
o Revise and proofread content to deliver error-free and polished material.
5. Trend Monitoring:
o Stay updated on the latest industry, media, and digital trends to ensure content remains relevant and innovative.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
· 2+ years of experience in PR writing, content creation, or a related role.
· Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in PR materials and creative digital content.
· Exceptional writing and editing skills in both Vietnamese and English.
· Strong analytical and research abilities to craft accurate and insightful content.
· Creativity to develop engaging, innovative content and big ideas for campaigns.
· Knowledge of PR strategies, media relations, and digital content trends.
· Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with teams and clients.
· Proficiency in basic content tools like Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and familiarity with social media platforms.
