Write articles for Advertising Vietnam's website, covering topics in marketing, advertising, media, branding, communications, creative campaigns, and industry trends.
Produce different editorial formats such as news, opinion pieces, interviews, case studies, reports, and industry analysis.
Research, verify, and synthesize information to ensure articles are accurate, informative, timely, and relevant to Advertising Vietnam's audience.
Develop article angles, headlines, structures, and key takeaways that are clear, engaging, and aligned with editorial guidelines.
Follow the website content production process, from idea development, research, writing, editing, to publishing support.
Advertising Vietnam Social Content
Adapt website articles into platform-tailored social media posts for Advertising Vietnam's Facebook, Instagram, Threads, and LinkedIn channels.
Support the creation of short-form social content for the page, including proposing content angles, writing captions, preparing content briefs, and coordinating with
designers and editors.
Research & prepare content and provide materials to the production team (Designer,
Video Editor, Producer) to execute videos (notably short-form video, etc.) on Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, etc.
Review and give feedback on social video drafts to ensure the content is clear, accurate, engaging, and aligned with Advertising Vietnam's tone.
Stay updated on social media trends, platform formats, and audience behavior to improve content performance.
Other Tasks
Coordinate with internal teams and external contributors when needed.
Perform other content-related tasks assigned by the line manager.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in content writing, preferably at a publisher, media platform, PR agency, advertising agency, or related organization.
Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to write clear, concise, and well-structured content in different editorial formats.
Good understanding of marketing, advertising, media, branding, and creative industries.
Strong research skills, attention to detail, and ability to verify information before publishing.
Basic understanding of social media formats, including Facebook posts, visual posts, carousel posts, and short-form video content.
Ability to write clear content briefs and provide constructive feedback to designers or video editors.
Good teamwork, communication, and coordination skills.
Fluency in English is a plus.
Benefits
Salary range: 11.000.000 VND - 14.000.000 VND.
13th month salary.
Social Insurance, Health Insurance as required by Vietnamese law.
Company trip.
Working time: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM, Monday - Friday.
Office location: 104A Xuan Thuy, An Khanh Ward, HCMC.
