HouseNow is looking for a Content Marketing to join our team in Thanh Xuan District, Hanoi. In this role, you'll be instrumental in crafting and executing viral-worthy content strategies across diverse formats, driving engagement and building our brand. We're looking for someone with at least 3 years of experience in content creation, a strong knack for experimentation and a passion for turning ideas into impactful results.
Participate in planning weekly, monthly and quarterly content strategies
Create and manage diverse content - including social media posts, short-form videos, TVC,... - across all channels
Take initiative in experimenting with new content formats and storytelling approaches to boost virality and audience interest
Propose creative content ideas that align with brand goals and contribute to HouseNow's growth
Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to launch campaigns that drive engagement and organic reach
Track content metrics (views, shares, engagement, search visibility) and continuously suggest improvements based on performance data
Research customer insights, social trends and platform algorithms to ensure content is timely, relevant and highly shareable
Yêu cầu
Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Marketing, Communications or a related field
3+ years of experience in content creation, especially with a portfolio that includes viral or high-engagement content
Strong writing skills with a diverse, creative and flexible writing style - not limited by rigid formats
Creative mindset with the ability to turn ideas into engaging social content, including a good sense of visual storytelling
Strong awareness of social media trends and a good understanding of youth culture
Basic knowledge of SEO, SEM and social media platforms
Able to use content creation tools such as Photoshop, Canva, CapCut or similar for image and video editing is a plus
Proactive, creative mindset with the ability to pitch and execute bold ideas
Excellent collaboration skills with cross-functional teams
