1. SNS owned assets (20%)
Create the SNS positioning & update best practices as well as manage social media functioned appropriate on the latest best practice of social media platforms
Design content marketing strategies and calendar for SNS channels
Undertake Always-On Social Content development for all owned channels for Organic Growth
Analyze SNS traffic metrics and undertake content marketing initiatives to achieve business targets
Take responsibility for customer Experience on Social Media platform exceeds average points
2. In-house production (80%)
Create the content strategy, SOP and educate MKT/marcom about in-house production
Writing clear and error-free content for in-house production material that reflects the brand's voice which meet the quality requirement and appropriate on the latest best practice
Research and understand customer insights and target audiences, through online searches, reviews of existing research and data analysis
Develop the idea into reality and collaborate with design to produce high quality content: product how-to-use, livestreaming, sales supporting content materials
Co-working with MKT and develop editorial calendar, delegate tasks and ensure deadlines are met
Deliver engaging content on a regular basis and take responsibility to collect trends, initiatives and study from the market
Receive feedback and generate ideas to increase the engagement
