Content Strategy & Planning
Build weekly/monthly content calendars for campaigns or brand channels (internal & client projects).
Research trends and generate fresh, engaging content ideas for various industries (F&B, lifestyle, beauty, etc.).
Align content with campaign goals: reach, engagement, conversion, etc.
Content Creation & Quality Control
Write and edit various content formats: captions, blog articles, email copies, video scripts, PR Article etc.
Write content direction & content script for KOLs Influencer, social outreach channel
Use tools like Canva to create basic visuals and maintain visual consistency across assets.
Ensure all content is error-free, brand-consistent, and easy to understand.
Video Content (Short-form Focus)
Develop scripts and storyboard ideas for short videos (15-60 seconds).
Edit simple clips using tools like CapCut or Canva.
Collaborate with freelancers or team members for shooting/editing when needed.
Content Project Management
Use internal tools to track deadlines, tasks, and approvals.
Communicate with freelance creators,
designers, and editors to keep work on track.
Maintain organized asset libraries and clear workflows.
2+ years of experience in content marketing or copywriting OR a solid portfolio of writing/video samples
Strong writing skills in English and/or Vietnamese; able to adapt tone & style across different brands.
Proficiency in content tools: Canva, CapCut, Google Workplace.
Basic understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook trends & engagement best practices.
Self-driven, organized, and willing to learn in a fast-paced environment.
Bonus if you have experience working in an agency or with multiple brands.
