Develop content plans, including video volume, content direction, and product promotion strategies.
Collaborate with KOLs/KOCs to create innovative, high-converting campaign content and enhance brand visibility.
Ideate and execute key marketing campaign concepts aligned with brand objectives.
Manage production timelines, monitor campaign performance, and ensure all deliverables meet quality standards.
Own all marketing materials and be accountable for the GMV generated from produced assets.
Analyze social data, performance metrics, and consumer insights to optimize content and campaign effectiveness.
Apply industry best practices to launch data-driven promotional initiatives.
Work closely with internal teams (Sales, Customer Relations, etc.) to align product promotion activities.
Coordinate with key stakeholders to ensure smooth and timely execution of all campaigns.
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Com & PR or related field
Experience: At least 2 years experience as a
Content Creator on Multi-Social Media
Skills & Knowledge:
Proficient in English (Written & Speak)
Knowledge about KOL/KOC strategy is a plus
Exceptional knowledge of Social Media Marketing
Basic knowledge or working in Health & Beauty industry (Skincare Product).
Ability to respond well to changing priorities, workflows, and information, could be able to adapt to emergencies
Confidently express whenever appear in front of the camera or the crowd
Basic skills in Photoshop, AI, Video editing tools is a plus
