Content Moderator - Music Social Platform (Hindi / Bengali / Telugu / Tamil)
Location: QTSC Building 1, No. 14 Street, Tan Chanh Hiep Ward, District 12, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam

Base Salary: 16,500,000 VND/month
Meal Allowance: 500,000 VND/month
Monthly KPI Incentive: Up to 1,200,000 VND/month
100% salary during 2-month probation

Responsibilities
Review and moderate audio, image, and text content to ensure compliance with platform policies and community guidelines.
Identify, flag, and escalate inappropriate, harmful, or sensitive content.
Document and report trends, patterns, and potential risks in user-generated content.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain a safe and trusted platform environment.
Requirements
Native-level fluency in Hindi, Bengali, Telugu, or Tamil
Strong English communication skills (spoken and written)
Deep understanding of regional slang, music trends, pop culture, and language nuances
High level of maturity and judgment to identify and handle sensitive and non-sensitive content appropriately
Flexible for 24/7 rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays
Willing to relocate to Vietnam
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
Working Schedule
5 working days/week (2 days off)
Rotational 24/7 shifts
9 hours/shift (including 1.5-hour break)
