We are seeking a Content & SEO Specialist with strong experience in driving qualified leads through search-optimized content. This role focuses on planning, creating, and optimizing high-quality content that improves organic visibility, engagement, and conversion. The ideal candidate has excellent verbal and written English and a proven track record in SEO-led growth.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute content strategies focused on lead generation and organic growth.
Create and optimize SEO-driven content (blogs, landing pages, website copy, case studies, whitepapers).
Conduct keyword research, search intent analysis, and competitor analysis.
Optimize on-page SEO elements (headings, meta data, internal linking, content structure).
Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to align content with funnel stages.
Track, analyze, and report performance using tools such as GA4, GSC, and SEO platforms.
Update and improve existing content to increase rankings, traffic, and conversions.
Ensure content quality, clarity, and consistency in tone and brand voice.
Yêu cầu
3-5 years of experience in Content Marketing and SEO, with a focus on lead generation.
Strong understanding of on-page SEO, content optimization, and search intent.
Proven ability to produce high-quality content in excellent written and verbal English.
Experience with SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, GSC) and analytics platforms (GA4).
Ability to translate business objectives into effective content strategies.
Strong research, editing, and storytelling skills.
Detail-oriented, data-driven, and results-focused.
Use AI tools for SEO, content creation, performance analysis, and basic automation.
Prepare performance reports and insights for Line Manager / CEO.
Nice to Have
Experience with B2B, SaaS, or tech industries.
Knowledge of conversion rate optimization (CRO) and content funnels.
Basic understanding of HTML/CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress).
