Content & Social Media Executive

The Social Leader plays a key role in managing and guiding the Media Team, ensuring that all creative and operational tasks are executed efficiently and at a high standard. This position requires strong leadership, deep expertise in social media operations, and the ability to oversee, review, and optimize the work of team members.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the Media Team with a higher level of expertise and experience than team members.
Review and evaluate the quality of work produced by the team to ensure it meets company standards.
Provide clear direction, feedback, and support to help the team achieve goals effectively.
Prioritize and manage daily design and content production tasks.
Oversee production activities, including photo and video shoots, as well as AI-generated images.
Manage timelines and deliverables for Amazon listing images and other marketing materials.
Schedule and coordinate video production, posting, and upload timelines across platforms.
Ensure smooth workflow, effective communication, and timely completion of projects.
Collaborate with other departments to align media output with company strategies and objectives.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in social media management, marketing, or related creative leadership roles.
Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to lead, motivate, and develop team members.
Excellent understanding of content production workflows (photo, video, design, AI visuals).
Detail-oriented and capable of maintaining quality across multiple projects simultaneously.
