Research & Strategy: Explore products, target audiences, and market trends to develop smart, conversion-driven content strategies.
Content Creation: Write, edit, and optimize engaging product descriptions, landing pages, social captions, and video scripts that drive engagement and conversions.
Short-Form Video Ideation: Develop creative concepts for short-form content (TikTok, Reels, Shorts) and collaborate with the media team to bring ideas to life.
Platform Management: Manage and update content across various platforms - website, social media, and online marketplaces.
Performance Optimization: Suggest A/B testing ideas, track key metrics (CTR, conversion rate, retention), and continuously optimize performance.
Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Marketing, Design, and Customer Service teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and alignment.
Yêu cầu
Minimum 1 year of experience in Dropshipping, POD (R&D, Idea, or Content), or global-market businesses. Strong market research, product research, and trend analysis skills are required.
Graduated from university or higher. Preference will be given to graduates from universities such as NEU, FTU, Bach Khoa, FPT, and Thuong Mai...
Strong copywriting and storytelling skills with the ability to create concise, engaging, and conversion-focused content.
English proficiency equivalent to IELTS 6.5 or higher (strong written and verbal communication required).
Bachelor's degree preferred in Business, Marketing, Journalism, Languages, or a related field.
Proficiency in design/video tools (e.g., Canva, CapCut, Photoshop) is a plus, but not required - ability to collaborate effectively with the creative team is sufficient.
Plus point: Experience or understanding of influencer marketing or creator collaborations.
Analytical mindset and ability to measure, interpret, and optimize content performance.
Independent, adaptable, and creative with a keen sense of digital trends.
