POSITION/ROLE:
Content Writer and Sales Administrator
Monday to Friday from 9 am to 6 pm
Every second Saturday from 9 am to 2 pm
Evening shifts commencing after the initial 5-6 month training period.
Evening hours are from 5:30 pm to 2 am.
ADMIN TASKS:
• Performing general administrative tasks
• Data entry using our in-house RevvCRM system
• Data entry using Google Apps software
• Reviewing and processing insurance applications and policies
• Processing insurer and vendor notices
• Data maintenance and auditing across systems
• Providing phone support for our sales agents
MARKETING TASKS:
• Use in-house tools to generate keywords to create content such as articles, web pages, social media posts, etc.
• Optimize content for search engines by using targeted keywords, metadata, headers, alt text, etc.
• Collaborate with the SEO team to develop compelling content strategies and achieve company objectives.
• Maintain social networking sites and backlink profiles for company websites.
Yêu cầu
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in content writing or administrative roles.
• Expert-level English skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in Google software suites (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.).
• Excellent keyboarding skills with high accuracy.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Personable and team-oriented approach to work.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently.
