Negotiate and sign hotel contracts, allotments and block agreements in Nha Trang, Phu Quoc and Phan Thiet
Build and maintain strong relationships with hotel owners, GMs and sales teams
Secure competitive rates, special offers and Early Booking promotions for our source markets
Load and update contracts, rates and promotions in the reservation system together with the team
Monitor allotment usage, release periods and stop sales
Work closely with the Reservation and Hotel Accounts teams on payments, blocks and hotel issues
Visit hotels regularly and follow new openings and market trends in the region.
Yêu cầu
Experience in hotel contracting at a local DMC or tour operator in Vietnam
Strong personal network with hotels in Nha Trang, Phu Quoc and Phan Thiet Based in Nha Trang or ready to relocate
Good command of English; Vietnamese is a strong advantage
Strong negotiation skills, attention to detail and ability to work independently
Willing to travel regularly between Nha Trang, Phu Quoc and Phan Thiet.
