Mô tả công việc
• Perform daily Day 2 checking on account opening, account maintenance, reward redemption, reward adjustment, abnormal
transaction review to ensure that they are complete, consistent, accurate and data entry are entered correctly by the process
owners.
• Investigate reconciliation differences.
• Perform maker role for annual FATCA reports and other FATCA control related following tasks.
• Perform maker role for card association settlement and reconciliation.
• Prepare periodic transaction volume reports and other metric reports.
• Ensure accuracy of reports and reconciliations.
• Carry out detailed proof reviews.
• Provide regular status updates for all project participants.
• Other task as assigned by Unit Head.

Yêu cầu công việc
• Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience.
• Previous relevant experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office. Analytical skills.
• Fluent in English language, both writing and speaking.
• 2+ years in operations industry with good understanding of the operations controls preferred.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements.
• Proven organization and time management skills
• Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Previous relevant experience preferred.
