Mô tả công việc
1. GENERAL REQUIREMENT
1.1 Ensure all activities are done as requirements from the procedures and quality control system.
1.2 Ensure all the data are updated in time and exactly.
2. RESPONSIBILITY
2.1 • Directly and hand-on pushing Production for performance on daily basic. Organize regular review and
meeting with Production team to address issue and action plan.
2.2 Continuous cost reduction "Challenge" review and update status of all projects, define further targets and savings, set up regular communication to ensure feedback of results.
2.3Monthly analysis of actual costs and variances to budget. Establish with appropriate persons cause of favourable and unfavourable variances and propose action to reduce costs.
2.4 Support to prepare annual budget pack, i.e. production performance, raw material costs and sales.
2.5 Development of business KPI dashboard.
2.6 Analyse and identify opportunities to reduce stocks of raw materials, work in progress, finished goods and general items.
2.7 Ensure correct raw material issue procedures and month-end cut off are enforced
2.8 Assist with monthly reporting and any other tasks as necessary
2.9 Ensure establishment of administrative services to support the Management.
2.10 Lead and Drive weekly Performance review to address issue and action plan
2.11 Assist MD to propose price quote to customer.
2.12 Process mapping, review of IT input and output requirements, comparison of actual performance to KPI's.
2.13 With the PPR-figures Production can be guided if the numbers are taken seriously and daily checked in terms of correctness
2.14 Review and update status of all projects, define further targets and savings, set up regular communication to ensure feedback of results.
2.15 Develop monthly budget reporting showing analysis of actual costs and variances to budget. Establish with appropriate persons cause of favourable and unfavourable variances and propose action to reduce costs
2.16 Assit Finance Manager supporting data for budget, including but not exclusively, production performance, raw material costs and sales.
2.17 Analyse and identify opportunities to reduce stocks of raw materials, work in progress, finished goods and general items
2.18 Review and Ensure correct raw materials issue procedures, expenses recordings and month-end cut off are enforced.
3. AUTHORITY
3.1 Suggest risks, problems and solution for jobs within the jobs scope.
3.2 Access into the system to input data, ask for advice from supervisor if necessary.

4.1 Education
BA degree in Business (Finance, Commerce and or Business)
4.2 Qualification
a. Labor law and Government regulations.
b. Company regulation and labor commitments
c. Printing techniques, other procedures concerned with production.
d. Procedures, standards for checking qualities as ISO 9001
e. Targets, quality policies, including responsibilities and rights.
f. Labor safety, labor accident avoiding.
4.3 Skills
a.• English: Fluent in 4 English skill (Listening, Reading, Writing and Speaking)
b. Computer: Good; especially in Excel
c. Be able to work independently, a good teamwork attitude
•d. Analytical skills; Communication/Presentation skills, Analytical skills, Problem solving skills, Business acumen
•e. Good knowledge in MRP II / ERP, BI Power
•f. Motivation skill
g. Time management skills. English communication.
h. Management skill
4.4 Experience
a. Minimum 2 years working experience with multi-national (manufacturing preferred) companies
b. Understand in deep production and operations at Factory
c. Possess strong controllership skills and process orientation
