Mô tả công việc
- Establish an internal communications strategy in conjunction with Senior Management Team
- Ensure organizational initiatives, projects, KPIs are successfully communicated to employees and stakeholders
- Plan, edit, write and review content for a variety of internal communications mediums, such as employee intranet, monthly magazine, regular email bulletin, department external presentations
- Storyboard or translate ideas to the creative team of art directors and designers
- Use social media to communicate and engage associates and attract talents
- Deliver presentations at organizational level (both design and content)
- Draft messages or scripts from senior executives for presentation to employees in written or spoken form
- Ensure internal communications messages are consistent across all mediums and for different departments of the organization
- Ensure internal communication messages are consistent with external communication messages
- Respond to feedback from staff and adjust communications content accordingly
- Handle the internal communication response to crisis situations which affect organizational perception and reputation
- Manage all main organization events of the company such as Team Building, Year-end celebration, customer engagements etc.
- Managing virtual events (technically and content wise)
- Align with initiatives from Headquarters and Regional office
- Prepare detailed media activity reports
- Managing Communication Studio (room fully equipped with Audio, video, streaming devices)
Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor degree in journalism, public relations, economics, marketing, business administration or other relevant field.
- At least 5 years of experience working in a similar role.
- Proficient English communication skills (minimum relevant to IELTS 7.5)
- Strong writing, editing, proofreading, layout and design, professional printing/publishing skills are essential, including ability to present concepts verbally
- Familiarity with information technology, especially digital and video means of communication, is essential (Video Editing, Adobe Illustrator, Live Steaming etc.)
- Knowledge and understanding of communications practices, tools and techniques in social media.
- Self-motivated with a positive and professional approach to management
- Must possess excellent organizational and planning skills
- A wide degree of creativity and latitude
- Strong knowledge and understanding of current trends in digital media/social media
- Creativity in developing relevant marketing content
- Highly developed project and time management skills
