Corporate Communication Specialist
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Execute filming and photography based on assigned plans/concepts, ensuring technical standards and compliance with brand identity guidelines.
- Edit and produce videos for internal content: company events, training programs, internal activities, employer branding, social clips, etc.
- Coordinate with the CSR/HR teams to develop video content for employer branding: employee portraits, corporate culture, talent journey, behind-the-scenes, etc.
- Participate in brainstorming and propose filming concepts aligned with communication objectives for each campaign.
- Manage filming and photography equipment; check file quality, store, and hand over materials according to the standard process.
- Support filming, photography, and video editing for other internal/external events as required.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Content Production, Marketing, or related fields.
- Strong communication skills in English
- 2-3 years of experience in filming and video editing (video production).
- Proficient in video editing software: Adobe Premiere, After Effects, or equivalent.
- Strong aesthetic sense; good understanding of composition, lighting, and color.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with the team.
- Willing to travel and participate in filming at different locations/events as planned
