Job Description

Responsibilities

Partner with business units (BUs) as F&A, Legal, People Operations & Engineering to drive continuous improvement in financial and operational performance, and to develop strategic plans
Create and maintain accurate metrics and forecasts to support business decision-making, financial planning, and budget control for BUs
Partner with BUs to drive optimal cross-functional decisions that optimize both short-term and long-term cash flow
Drive standardization of operational processes in planning
Perform variance analysis on actuals vs. budget and review business cases related to working capital resources to provide actionable recommendations for cost-efficiency, revenue generation & and process improvement
Provide monthly stakeholder reports to BOD timely & accurate
Capital Management to meet the effective and profitability growth
Ad-hoc projects assigned by the Line Manager

Key qualifications for Success in the Role

4+ years of proven record in planning & analysis
3+ years as a trusted financial advisor for business partners
Advanced data analysis, solid experience in building financial or budgeting models
Critical thinking, problem-solving
Open to new things, and self-direct in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Able to work and deal with multiple stakeholders, internal and external
Have a keen eye for both detail and big picture
Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting

Preferred qualifications

MBA, or CFA/ACCA/CPA
Working experience in E-Commerce, Retail sector
Proficient in reporting tools i.e., Tableau, Power BI, SQL
