1. In charge of Corporate matters
• Review company policies and manage the company's decision making process
• Support and validate important internal decisions
• Maintain good relationships with relevant central and local authorities and agencies
• Support other Corporate issues; staying up to date with changes to legislation, particularly in relation to laws, rules and regulations that directly affect the business and automotive industry in general
2. In charge of Legal matters
• Provide accurate, relevant and timely advice on variety of legal topics that relate to automobile sector and products or services of the company
• Review various commercial contracts and agreements
• Promote legal, compliance and risk management best practices throughout the company
• Handle licensing matters
• Perform other ad-hoc tasks that may be assigned from time to time by Line Manager and Board of Directors
