I. WHAT WILL YOU DO?
• Develop and implement business strategies to achieve company goals and objectives.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, threats, competitor activities, and industry developments.
• Collaborate with senior management to define strategic priorities and set performance targets.
• Analyze business performance and provide insights to support decision-making.
• Lead cross-functional teams to execute strategic initiatives and projects.
• Monitor industry developments and competitor activities to inform strategic planning.
• Prepare and present strategic plans, reports, and recommendations.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the organization.
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather and analyze financial data.
• Manage investor relations materials, including presentations, press releases, and annual reports.
• Provide feedback to senior management on investor perceptions and concerns.

Yêu cầu
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience in business strategy, management consulting, or a related field.
• At least 03 years of experience in a similar position.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to think strategically and translate strategies into actionable plans.
