1. Prepare quotation: Prepare detailed and accurate quotes for products or services, considering factors such as materials, labor, overhead, profit margins, and other related costs.
2. Cost estimate: Use cost estimating tools and methods to determine the analytical cost of each project component, considering variables such as manufacturing processes, materials, labor rates, and equipment.
3. Analyze and develop solutions to all product related problems in manufacturing:
- Analysis and development of solutions for all product related problems in the manufacturing process for all
products related to process automation such as isolation barriers and signal conditioners according to special
requirements for intrinsic and functional safety.
- Issue ECR/ECN to update R&D documentation on new/existing products.
- Provide solutions to technical problems.
4. Support analysis of causes of customer complaints.
5. Support technical issues for planning, CS,
purchasing, import-export departments, etc.
6. Other tasksthe request of the manager.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
1. A minimum Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics or
Electrical Engineering or equivalent education
2. Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience in Product Development or New Product Manufacturing with at least 5 years in mechatronic/ Electric/ mechanical or automotive products
3. Proficient in English both verbal and written communication
4. Possess theoretical & practical knowledge & experience to develop, improve, industrialize & introduce new and existing products
5. Good in common design software, such as AutoCAD, Solidworks
6. Drafting tools; basic theoretical and practical knowledge in analog and wire harness, cable design
7. Understand & possess real-world experience in key statistical analysis tools (e.g. DoE, SPC), and be able to demonstrate & adapt to different scenarios.
