BROAD FUNCTION:
The Costing Assistant - to support her Superior in setting up the Costing breakdown and perform the necessary tasks to complete it for Costing purposes.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
FABRIC / TRIMS / MATERIALS / EMBELLISHMENTS:
Check on fabric, accessories, embellishments & packing material prices with
Merchandisers/Suppliers to prepare for Costing.
Needs to verify prices if find any discrepancies.
BOM Checking :
Review and understand the Technical Worksheets & Standard Requirements of the Assigned Brand/Customer.
Extract information from BOM (Bill of Material) & create Costing Chart for all Styles.
Check Construction Worksheets to ensure all trims are reflected as on BOM; to notify Product
Developers if any discrepancy.
PAC SYSTEM :
Build Costing data in system for Consumption, Prices and Colors.
Update Costings & Saved to Server.
COSTING PROCESS :
To build Internal Costing on: Consumption, Price, MOQ/MCQ
To enter Data on following Charts :
Seasonal Bulk Production Price Chart (FOB Prices)
Seasonal Bulk leadtime Chart (Fabric Greige Leadtime)
Perform other duties which may be assigned by superior from time to time
