Key Responsibilities
- Lead the deployment of EHS, sustainability, site risk, business continuity, and crisis management programs across Saint-Gobain Vietnam operations.
- Ensure compliance with EHS regulations and company standards, while supporting permitting and risk management processes for operational and investment projects.
- Drive the implementation of EHS systems, tools, and best practices to strengthen safety culture and environmental performance.
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with internal stakeholders, authorities, and regional/global EHS networks.
- Develop EHS capabilities across sites through coaching, training, and sharing of best practices.
- Lead audits, incident investigations, legal compliance reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Monitor and consolidate EHS performance, risk, and sustainability reporting at country level.
- Coordinate and drive Group EHS campaigns and programs, including safety awareness and engagement initiatives.
- Support M&A activities through EHS due diligence and assessment.
- Champion standardization of EHS procedures, equipment standards, and risk reduction projects across operations and non-operational functions.
Yêu cầu
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Environmental, Occupational Health & Safety, or related disciplines.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in an EHS Manager role within heavy manufacturing or industrial environments.
- Strong technical engineering background with solid knowledge of EHS regulations, risk management, and sustainability practices.
- Proven expertise in:
- Risk assessment and risk management
- Project execution and change management
- Training, coaching, and auditing
- Incident investigation and root cause analysis
- Hands-on leadership style with strong execution capability.
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to engage teams and drive behavioral change.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and committed to continuous learning and improvement.
- Strong communication skills in English and the ability to work effectively within a multinational environment.
