Responsibilities:
1.Market Strategy: Analyze Vietnamese education market, identify opportunities, and devise expansion plans.
2.Business Setup: Build sales systems from scratch, including teams, channels, promotions, and CRM.
3.Team Leadership: Lead sales team, set targets, provide training, and ensure performance.
4.Channel Expansion: Develop partnerships with educational institutions and agents to expand market reach.
5.Brand & Marketing: Plan and execute marketing activities to boost brand visibility and sales.
6.Optimization: Monitor market, sales, and customer needs, adjusting strategies for growth.

Yêu cầu công việc

1. Bachelor's degree or higher, with a strong background in the education industry. Familiarity with the Vietnamese education market and experience in starting education businesses from scratch is preferred.
2. Excellent leadership and team-building skills, capable of creating a high-performing sales team.
3. Sharp market insight, able to grasp market trends and customer needs, and develop effective strategies.
4. Experience in channel development and management, skilled at building & maintaining relationships with educational institutions, schools, and agents.
5. Strong cross-cultural communication skills, able to work seamlessly with local Vietnamese teams and clients.
6. Self-motivation and learning ability, adaptable to new environments and improve self & team capabilities.
