1. POSITION VISION
A Creative Director is not merely a creator but an "architect" of unique brand experiences. This leader guides the team to transform client requirements into explosive campaigns, ensuring a perfect balance between Art for Humanity and Business Effectiveness.
2. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
2.1 Creative Leadership & Strategy
Take ultimate responsibility for creative quality and artistic direction across all company projects (Events, Activations, Mall Decorations, etc.).
Lead brainstorming sessions, defining the Big Idea and Brand Storytelling for high-stakes pitching projects.
Approve concepts, layouts, storyboards, and creative proposals from the Planning and Design teams before client submission.
2.2 Team Management & Development
Build, manage, and inspire a team of
Designers, Art Directors, and Planners.
Establish efficient workflows between the Creative, Account, and Operation departments to ensure high project feasibility.
Coach and mentor successor talent, elevating the overall aesthetic standards of the company.
2.3 Strategic Client Consultancy
Directly present, defend ideas, and persuade high-level stakeholders (C-level executives and
Marketing Managers).
Act as a strategic consultant for visual and experiential identity, going beyond just meeting the initial brief.
2.4 Execution Quality Supervision
Oversee the actual production process to ensure the final output aligns 100% with the original artistic direction.
Manage and evaluate the capabilities of third-party vendors (Production Houses, Suppliers) regarding aesthetics and artistry.
3. JOB REQUIREMENTS
Experience: Minimum 5 years in the Agency industry (Event/Activation/Advertising), with at least 2 years in a CD or ACD role.
Mindset: Strategic Creative thinking - the ability to use creativity as a tool to solve business problems.
Presentation Skills: Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills in both English and Vietnamese. Ability to "sell" ideas inspirationally.
Aesthetics: Modern and sophisticated aesthetic sense; deep understanding of new technology trends (AR/VR, AI, Interactive Art) for event applications.
Tools: In-depth understanding of design software (Adobe Suite, 3D Max, SketchUp, etc.) to direct and review products (direct execution not required).
Management: Ability to work under extreme pressure, manage multiple key projects simultaneously, and possess professional people management skills.
