DopeSkill is a global eCommerce brand with its primary market in the United States, operating under the Insights group of companies.
We specialize in bold, expressive streetwear for Gen Z youth - especially Black students and young creators - who view fashion as a voice for identity, culture, and community.
With offices in the U.S. and Vietnam, DopeSkill is growing rapidly through a community-first marketing strategy, driven by powerful content, creator partnerships, and a unique brand spirit.

* Key Responsibilities
• Lead and define the full visual creative strategy for the DopeSkill brand.
• Manage and direct design for collections, lookbooks, brand campaigns, social content, videos, UI/UX, and packaging.
• Work closely with the Marketing team to ensure brand consistency across all channels.
• Inspire and guide the internal creative team and freelancers to maintain high-quality visual outputs.
• Build and refine visual guidelines, brand style, and art direction aligned with brand positioning.
• Develop creative concepts for influencer campaigns, product launches, and brand collaborations.
• Stay up-to-date with international design and fashion trends to translate into localized concepts for Gen Z in the U.S.
• Work directly with the CEO on strategic creative initiatives including rebranding, new product lines, and global collaborations.
Yêu cầu
* Experience & Expertise:
- Minimum 4-6 years of experience in creative direction, art direction, branding, or fashion/media design.
- Prior experience as a Creative Lead or Art Director in fashion, lifestyle brands, or creative agencies.
- Strong strategic thinking while being hands-on when necessary.
- Preferred: Understanding of Gen Z aesthetics, street culture, sneakerhead communities, and visual storytelling.
- Proven ability to lead concept development across formats: lookbooks, short videos, social media design, UI/UX...
* Skills:
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, After Effects...).
- Strong leadership and communication skills with a team-oriented mindset.
- Sharp visual taste and the ability to recognize and adapt to international trends.
- Effective at presenting ideas, motivating others, and articulating creative vision clearly.
* Language:
- Strong English skills required - able to collaborate with international teams, read creative briefs, and communicate with global influencers.
- Must possess an ELTS certificate of 6.0 or higher, or an equivalent qualification.
