Creative Strategy & Concept Development:
• Work closely with
Account Managers to decode client briefs and extract key insights for creative development.
• Lead creative ideation and brainstorming sessions, ensuring innovative, brand-relevant, and market-driven concepts.
• Develop big ideas and campaign themes that align with client's positioning and marketing objectives.
• Guide the team in storytelling, brand messaging, and visual communication strategies.
• Stay updated on industry trends, cultural insights, and consumer behavior to anticipate market shifts and drive fresh ideas.
• Conduct research on competitors, consumer psychology, and emerging marketing tactics to refine creative strategies.
Creative Execution & Internal Coordination:
• Transform brainstorming ideas into structured creative proposals with clear messaging, execution plans, and visual storytelling.
• Brief and collaborate with Creative, Design, Production, Legal & Venue, and Cost Accounting teams to bring concepts to life.
• Oversee the quality and consistency of creative outputs across different projects.
• Manage timelines and workflow to ensure smooth execution of creative deliverables.
Client Engagement & Presentation:
• Develop engaging pitch decks and proposals that effectively communicate creative ideas.
• Confidently present concepts to clients, ensuring clarity, persuasion, and alignment with their objectives.
• Address client feedback constructively, refining ideas while maintaining creative integrity.
• Act as a trusted creative consultant, guiding clients on innovative approaches to their marketing challenges.
