This is not a typical Graphic
Designer role.
At ODM Group, you will design real products, packaging, and branded merchandise used in global marketing campaigns - not just digital visuals.
Your work will move from:
Concept → Design → Production → Real-world use
You will collaborate daily with global teams, so a working level of English is required.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
1. Product & Packaging Design
• Develop concepts for promotional products, gift sets, and branded merchandise
• Design packaging systems and real-world product applications
• Ensure designs are practical, manufacturable, and commercially viable
2. Concept Development & Creative Thinking
• Translate campaign ideas into clear product directions
• Think beyond visuals - consider user experience and real-world impact
3. Cross-functional Collaboration
• Work with Sales & Merchandising teams to adapt designs based on: client needs, budgets, and timelines
• Refine concepts based on production constraints
4. Supporting Graphic Design
• Create supporting materials such as: blog visuals, presentations, and simple marketing assets
• Maintain consistency across product and content design
5. Present & Communicate Ideas
• Present concepts clearly to internal teams
• Explain your design thinking and iterate based on feedback
