Job Description
As the Creative Lead (Copy-based), you will spearhead the development of innovative and impactful written content for our agency. Leading a team of copywriters, you will be responsible for guiding and inspiring them to deliver exceptional work that aligns with our clients' goals and brand identities.
Your role will involve overseeing the conceptualization and execution of copywriting projects across various platforms, including social media content, campaign taglines, commercial films, PR stunts, and other written materials. You will work closely with our Creative Director and account teams to ensure that our communication strategies are effectively translated into compelling copies that resonate with our target audience.
In addition to leading the copywriting team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the creative direction of our agency. You will collaborate with other creative leads to develop integrated campaigns that deliver cohesive and impactful messaging across all channels.
As a key member of our leadership team, you will contribute to the overall strategic vision of the agency and drive continuous improvement in our creative processes and outputs. Your leadership, creativity, and strategic thinking will be instrumental in elevating our agency's reputation and delivering exceptional results for our clients.
About you
5+ years of copywriting experience, with at least 2 years in a senior or leadership role at a communication agency
Strong portfolio spanning brand campaigns, social media, TVC scripts, PR activations, and digital content
Exceptional command of Vietnamese and English, with the ability to craft culturally resonant, platform-appropriate copy
Strong conceptual thinkin, able to move from big-picture campaign ideas to precise, execution-ready copy
Proven ability to lead, mentor, and inspire a copywriting team in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable presenting and defending creative concepts to clients and senior stakeholders
Collaborative by nature, works fluidly with Art Directors, Strategists, Account teams, and other Creative Leads
Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously without compromising quality or deadlines
Deeply curious about culture, trends, and human behavior, always feeding creative instincts with fresh references
Passionate about craft, with a genuine belief that the right word always matters
