Creative Planner

Job Responsibility:
Attend brief meetings to understand the client's requirements, [protected info]
Attend de-brief meetings with internal Teams (Account, Design...)
Research information, insight... about client; find reference sources for ideas....
Together with other team members brainstorm to come up with ideas and concepts for events/projects
Present ideas to the internal Teams & BOD
Coordinate with the Design Team to complete proposals/demo clips that meet the Company's quality standards...
Participate in pitching
Stay updated on trends, follow entertainment shows, concerts... in Viet Nam and other countries
Other related tasks as requested by the Line Manager
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Multimedia, Press, or other related fields
At least 2 years of experience in the same position at Event Agencies (BTL)
Proficient in PowerPoint skills
Good written skills, particularly in proposals & presentation
Good English ability, both in verbal and written skills; Being able to present is an advantage
Strong understanding of client and market dynamic requirements
Logical thinking in conceptual rationale
Professional appearance and persona
Good time management; Ability to work overtime, especially under tight deadlines, handle pressure well
