Own the creative vision
• Define and own the creative direction for OnPoint's flagship and (Super) Mega Campaign livestreams - set the creative bar that becomes the internal benchmark, working backward from commercial objectives to original concepts rather than adapting what competitors already do.
• Make the creative call under ambiguity and tight timelines - you are the creative decision-maker, not someone waiting for a brief.
Architect Mega Campaign creative end-to-end
• Design the full creative system for high-investment campaigns: concept, format, narrative arc, viewer experience, and signature moments - engineered to drive retention and conversion, not just views.
• Translate brand strategy and commercial goals into differentiated, on-brand livestream creative.
Lead the creative in high-stakes pitches
• Act as the creative lead in premium pitches: shape the creative story, build the concept and assets, and present/defend the creative rationale directly to brands and senior leadership. (The commercial lead owns the relationship and the close - you own the creative case that wins it.)
• Be the creative authority brands trust on what actually works on livestream.
Build the systems that scale you
• Codify winning patterns into proprietary, reusable frameworks and playbooks so Content/Livestream teams can execute at quality without you in the room.
• Set creative standards, guidelines, and references that raise output across the whole function.
Drive the AI-enabled innovation agenda
• Own OnPoint's livestream creative innovation roadmap: scan, prototype, validate, and roll out new formats and AI-assisted workflows - pushing efficiency while protecting the human, emotional layer AI alone can't deliver.
• Run structured experiments and convert validated learnings into adopted practice.
Lead through influence, not headcount
• Partner across Content, Livestream Ops, Host Management, Design, and external KOLs/creators/agencies to bring concepts to life - leading through creative authority and influence, not direct reporting.
Yêu cầu
• More than 4 years in creative/content development - livestream, social commerce, digital/creative agency, entertainment, or branded content.
• A portfolio of original content formats or concepts you created (not just executed) - you can show ideas that were yours.
• Strong grasp of livestream commerce mechanics: how creative choices drive retention, CTR, and conversion - not just views.
• Fluent with livestream/social commerce platforms (TikTok Shop, Shopee Live, Lazada Live, Meta).
• Commercial instinct - you naturally think about how a creative idea sells, wins a pitch, or differentiates a brand.
• Hands-on with AI creative tools and eager to push them further.
• Vietnamese (native) + English (working proficiency) for bilingual brand/campaign work.
